Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations across hotels (restaurant, bar, banquets, room service).
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and guide F&B staff, providing support where needed.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in hotel F&B.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination of food service.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Culinary Arts or other related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, with some supervisory exposure.
  • Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills.
  • Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
