Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

• Responsible in achieving sales target through sales executive performance management and proper lead distribution
• Manage a large team of sales executives through coaching, lead distribution, performance management and strong leadership.
• Supports the management team in collecting data, managing leads and providing insight
• Data Analysis in order to review and optimize sales executive conversion rate and sales
• Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output
• Conducts interviews, manages agent probation, performance and continuously improves conversion rates.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and presents to relevant stakeholders.
• Familiar with CRM system (Salesforce, Midas & Tableau)
