Job descriptionHold a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or any related field. Have knowledge in ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (environment) Management System. Have experience in ISO internal / external auditing. Possess thinking of continuous improvement, process improvement and process interaction. Certified ISO Lead auditor would be an added advantage. Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated. Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, executing and monitoring the implementation of Management System according to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standard.
- Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedure in compliance to ISO criteria / regulatory requirement.
- Maintaining the company’s documented information with proper filing (ISO document’s controller).
- Assisting in the preparation and handling the internal and external audit activities.
- Supporting and facilitating the Management Review and follow up on corrective action and finding closure.
- Conducting and implementing effective root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurrence of non conformance and non compliance issues.
- Performing study on process improvement and process interaction between management system input and output.
