Job description

Job Description :

To conduct teaching and provide academic support, and ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance to the prescribed standard / quality;
To monitor student report progress in terms of academic performance and attendance;
To offer counselling to students, and provide pastoral care;
To participate in professional forums, seminars, and training to keep abreast with technological developments and market demands;
To carry out- and supervise- research and scholarly work in the specific discipline, and involve in scholastic publication;
Good in applying different teaching pedagogies to meet student needs;
To perform any other academic-related tasks, or duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirement :

Possess a recognised Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in respective professional area;

For outstanding applicants, Master Degree holders with at least 5 years of professional qualification and industry background will be considered;

Fresh Doctorate graduate are encouraged to apply;

Possess 3 - 5 years of teaching experience in higher education environment;

Ability to use common software applications including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc;

Pleasant and mature personality with good command of English Language;

Candidate must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
