Requirements
Possesses strong communication and customer service skills, and can handle high-frequency inquiries under pressure.
Proficient in using social chat tools and office software.
Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented, with good self-management skills.
Able to accept a 12-hour workday and has a stable network environment; those with customer service experience are preferred, and multilingual individuals will be given priority.
Responsibilities
Respond to customers online via chat tools (Telegram), providing professional answers and after-sales service;
Process customer orders, refunds, complaints, and other related matters;
Organize customer feedback and assist in optimizing service processes;
Maintain good communication with the team and complete assigned customer service tasks on time.
