Assistant HR Manager at Solutino Pte Ltd

Fund Accounting and Valuation

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
  • Price securities at current market value and compute fund income and expense accruals.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledgers for all fund activities.
  • Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Conduct portfolio pricing, returns, and performance measure calculations.

Reconciliation and Cash Management

  • Reconcile broker, custodian, bank, and investment manager statements.
  • Manage fund bank accounts, including account openings and controls on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure timely settlement of trades and oversee the collection of dividends and interest income.
  • Process payments of fund expenses and distributions to the transfer agent.
  • Reporting and Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare and distribute NAV reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and file reports with local regulatory authorities as required.
  • Support compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and reporting.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Liaise with auditors, custodians, fund managers, and other service providers as needed.
  • Supervise the orderly liquidation and dissolution of funds when required.
  • Maintain organised records of all documentation, resolutions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between departments and stakeholders.
  • Provide secretarial support for staff meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial industry and regulatory reporting
  • Strong fund accounting knowledge, skills and experience in various investment asset and related processes
  • Professional certification such as CPA (or equivalent) will be an advantage
  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment to meet tight filing deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous with eye for details
  • Additional Information

  • Must be willing to work in our KL office @ EQ Plaza, KLCC.
  • Must be willing to travel to regional offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur & Johor Bahru), and Singapore on short notice.
  • Shortlisted applicant must also be prepared to attend an interview physically in Singapore with Senior Management (if required).
  • Shortlisted applicant will be required to attempt online and offline assessment tests as part of our recruitment process, either before or after the second interview.
  • Candidates are hereby informed that they will be offered on yearly renewable for 2 years before conversion to permanent role.
