Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate properties and services.Qualify leads and identify client needs, interests, and preferences.Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions.Follow up with leads to build long-term client relationships.Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, location, and features.Address client inquiries professionally and effectively.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.Benefits
