Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Develop strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
- Keyword & Audience Research : Conduct in-depth keyword research to enhance the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns; identify and target specific audience segments for social media advertising.
- Ad Creative Development : Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos tailored to the F&B audience; conduct A / B testing of creatives to determine high-performing assets.
- Budget Management : Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI; provide regular updates on budget utilization and performance outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor campaigns daily and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to improve performance; leverage analytics tools to generate insights and implement optimization strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics : Create comprehensive campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Market Trend Analysis : Stay informed on the latest trends in the F&B industry and paid media developments; adapt strategies to align with evolving consumer behaviour and platform updates.
- Compliance : Ensure all advertising campaigns comply with platform policies and regulations.
- Digital Strategy Development : Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans tailored to the F&B sector; identify trends and insights to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Content Creation & Management : Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates; work with the creative team to design visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Social Media Management : Manage and grow the brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance engagement.
- SEO & SEM : Optimize website content to improve organic search visibility; plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and other social platforms.
- Customer Engagement : Respond to customer queries and comments on digital platforms promptly; monitor and address online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
- Market Research : Keep abreast of F&B industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities; use market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
