Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–10 years of sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare industry.
- Proven track record in managing fast-changing, trend-driven categories and retail channels.
- Strong knowledge of the health & beauty retail landscape in Malaysia (especially Watsons and Guardian).
- Experience collaborating with regional or global brand principals on sales and marketing strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and brand building.
- Familiar with personal care and colour cosmetics.
- Must possess the in depth knowledge and skills in colour cosmetics.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and BM.

They are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead their commercial operations and drive revenue and profit growth across the health & beauty channel. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep experience in managing fast-moving, trend sensitive product categories, particularly in the cosmetics and personal care space. Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies across skincare, cosmetics, and haircare categoriesLead, coach, and manage the sales team, including Key Account Managers and field sales staffBuild and maintain strong relationships with key retailers (e.g., Watsons, Guardian) to drive account performanceCollaborate with brand principals to align on strategy, execution, and brand goalsStay on top of market trends and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies in fast changing product categoriesWork cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless commercial executionSet sales targets, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets and forecastsNegotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and retail activation strategiesAnalyze performance data and competitor insights to inform sales and product strategyIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and retail partnersExperience Required : Min 8 Year / s
