Overview

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our Sales Department. This role provides structured training from production to sales analysis, preparing you to support the General Manager in costing, sales analysis, and data management.

Responsibilities

Undergo training in production and planning to develop product knowledge.
Assist GM in sales analysis, costing, and report preparation.
Compile and analyze sales data to support decision-making.
Work with various departments to gather accurate information.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Strong analytical skills, good with numbers and reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant data analysis tools.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
