Job descriptionSPM / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Mgmt or equivalent. Fluent in English & BM. Good leadership & decision-making skills. Prior experience in beauty & wellness industry preferred. Independent, confident & able to work shifts / weekends. STM / STPM (Required) Fluent in English & BM (Required)
Responsibilities :
- Manage spa operations, sales, staff scheduling & inventory.
- Manage, train, and motivate all spa employees across 4 branches.
- Lead, train & motivate a team of 10+ staff.
- Ensure sales targets & customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly.
