Responsibilities :
- Manage spa operations, sales, staff scheduling & inventory.
- Manage, train, and motivate all spa employees across 4 branches.
- Lead, train & motivate a team of 10+ staff.
- Ensure sales targets & customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly.
Requirements :
SPM / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Mgmt or equivalent.Fluent in English & BM.Good leadership & decision-making skills.Prior experience in beauty & wellness industry preferred.Independent, confident & able to work shifts / weekends.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
