Senior Marketing Manager - Property Developer

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s business goals and project launch timelines.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
• Manage and monitor the overall marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to allocated spending.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Department on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Oversee the execution of property market research and ensure actionable insights are derived and applied.
• Plan and manage the full cycle of marketing campaigns—from conceptualization and execution to performance tracking and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing timelines and project milestones.
• Review and ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of all marketing collaterals and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Admin teams to gather feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
• Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and event partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing events and activities.
• Report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and provide performance analyses to optimize future initiatives.
