Job descriptionexperience in office space planning, optimizing layouts to meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Prepare and participate in client presentations Liaise and coordinate with client representative, other consultants and supplier involved in project assignment Preparation of presentation drawings 3D, Plan & Elevation, Sketching of design concept preparation for presentation material during schematic design Knowledge of using computer applications (Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Max, Power Point) Responsible in Research and source for product / materials and technical concepts to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development. (Lead design team to develop design concepts) Sketch / Prepare 3D / preliminary design Layout plans, Detailed Drawings including electrical layouts. To Monitor / supervise all design drawings and documentation are checked & verified before issuance Specify materials and furnishings, Décor and finishes such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring and plumbing fixtures for sample & material board. Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion. Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline on going design projects. To attend Technical Meeting & site Meeting. Able to work long hour to meet datelines

- At Least Diploma in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- For Junior position prefer 1 to 2 years working experience; for Intermedia position prefer 3 and above working experience.
- Fluent & Writing in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer proficiency - MS Office (Word, Excel) typically PowerPoint, Project (Competent) , 3D Max, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop
