Job Description

The Finance Solutions Excellence team is dedicated to improving finance processes through automation and data-driven solutions. We partner with Global Process Owners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Finance teams to deliver impactful improvements. Our team values curiosity, and a commitment to creating growth. The Finance Solutions Excellence Analyst will drive process improvements within the finance team, focusing on AI-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and LLMs. You will collaborate with Global Process Owners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Finance teams to design and deliver impactful solutions. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance Solutions Excellence & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute process improvement projects to automate and improve finance operations, utilizing technology for scalable solutions.
• Analyze and redesign manual finance processes in collaboration with Finance teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop Python scripts and SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Build and prototype AI-driven tools and analytics solutions to support data-informed decision-making.
• Work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to integrate solutions with enterprise systems and architecture.
