Engineering Project Manager

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of sensory experience solutions, shaping the future of interactive sensory technologies. They are currently seeking two Engineering Project Managers to be based in Changzhou or Yangzhou, China.

This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. You will play a key role in bridging client requirements with internal execution, driving continuous improvement, and supporting innovative product development.

The Talent

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, particularly in new product development and launch. Experience with Client A or the Apple supply chain is a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective client communication.
• Skilled in project management tools and software; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to independently resolve client issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.
