Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Sales & Technical team to implement strategies that drive sales performance.
- Provide technical support for network-related projects, carry out technical troubleshooting for customers, and meet customers' on-site and remote service requirements
- Monitor sales targets and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products / services.
- Address any issues that arise during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve sales execution processes.
Requirements
Have a deep foundation in network technology, be familiar with network architecture, routing and switching, firewall, VPN, load balancing, wireless network and other technologies, and be able to quickly understand and solve complex network problems.Possess relevant network certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIE, etc.).Ability to write and maintain technical documentation, including failure reports, solution proposals, and operation manuals, to ensure effective transfer and sharing of knowledge.
