Fleet Management, Workforce Admin (Ops ID) – SPX Express

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Position Summary : Join SPX Express to help manage non‑full‑time employee ID processes, handling suspension requests, amendments, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Validate ID details and create IDs for non‑Full Time Employees headcount.
  • Support ID suspension requests from internal departments.
  • Amend non‑Full Time Employees personal info in the workforce management system upon request.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks required by superiors.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or related area.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • able to work in Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur.
