Logistics Admin (English / Malay Written & Verbal, On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, live chat.
- Accurately obtain and record customer information in line with internal processes
- Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction
- Document and escalate issues through the internal system, adhering to the company SOP
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification : Diploma or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any fieldStrong command of English / Malay both verbal and writtenPrevious customer service or internship experience is an added advantage
Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills, a team player with a willingness to learnProficient in office software and general computer operationsAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentJob Type
