Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls regarding complaints / requests from clients and end users. Log complaints in CMMS, assign job requests to technicians, and generate work orders. Manage completed work orders, close them in CMMS, and maintain records. Escalate outstanding work orders to technicians or Facility Supervisors. Update and manage employee lists, organizations charts, attendance and leave records. Check and compile overtime requests, medical claims and expense forms. Maintain and update HR-related documents. Handle petty cash documentation and records. Manage financial documentations and updates. Oversee AR, PR, PO and related document compilation. Prepare and process POs, notify suppliers / sub-contractors. Check and compile quotations and supporting documents (AR, PR, PO, DO, VO, invoices). Prepare and submit documents for monthly claims and variation orders (VO). Liaise with HQ on HR, Finance and purchasing matters. Maintain and update site filing records in line with SOPs. Support teamwork, maintain a positive work environment and uphold workplace harmony. Daily car park business opening and ensure all system is functional. Provide float money to cashiers (for manual ticketing system if any). Manage sufficient tickets at parking machines (for manual ticketing system if any). Provide reports to Carpark system Manager if found malfunction equipment. Prepare and compile shift report at every shifts. To bank in collection money to the nearest bank (for manual ticketing system if any). Provide training to new staff and technicians. Daily closing for car park operations. Monitor daily car park operations and ensure all operations are in order. Conduct car locking in case of non-payment by customers (season parker). To handle complaints from customers and provide necessary assistance. To monitor the usage and security of car park facilities. To manage parking and traffic control at assigned area. To perform regular patrol at all parking levels, aid visitors and to direct vehicle if required. To ensure compliance to all safety regulations and company policies and to inform management in case of violations. To manage traffic control during events and validation required. To prepare monthly carpark report, incident report and system updates to management. To perform other related functions and activities as assigned / directed by company. Job Requirements
Possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). Min 1- 2 years of working experiences. Employment is under PHB Facility Management Berhad, a subsidiary company to Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad.
