E-Commerce Operation Executive

Job descriptionMaintain and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, ensuring all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up to date. -Process customer orders efficiently and work closely with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery. -Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate with the branding, warehouse, and logistics teams to avoid stock shortages or delays. -Support the customer service team by assisting with customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience. -Help execute marketing activities such as online promotions, campaigns, and new product launches. -Prepare and review sales performance reports to track results and highlight areas for improvement. -Identify any operational issues in a timely manner and escalate them to senior management for resolution. -Assist in improving internal workflows and processes to increase overall team efficiency. -Collaborate with various internal and external parties (including brand PIC, marketplace account managers, logistics team, media partners, and the finance team) to ensure smooth daily operations. -Coordinate with graphic designers, e-commerce team, videographers, and content creators’ team to post content on online platforms. -Any other tasks and projects assigned by the superior / Company. Fresh Graduate are welcome to applu. -Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields. -Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok) and basic data analysis. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English; Mandarin speakers are preferred. -Must be able to standby for double-digit day sales or major campaigns when required. -Sales-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets. -Familiarity with VLOOKUP would be an added advantage.
