Coffeebot Holding Sdn Bhd is a leader in coffee vending machine solutions, bringing convenience and quality coffee experiences to our customers. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the branding, positioning, and growth marketing of our innovative freshly brewed smart coffee vending machine business. This role will spearhead efforts to build a strong B2B and B2C brand presence, grow customer adoption, and elevate the brand as a market leader in automated coffee solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Strategy
Define and evolve the brand identity, voice, and positioning to reflect innovation, quality, and convenience.
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all customer and partner touchpoints (machines, digital platforms, packaging, etc.).
- Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and messaging elements.
Marketing Campaigns & Go-to-Market
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support machine placements, product launches, and location expansions.Lead demand generation efforts for B2B (Office Coffee Service & HoReCa) and B2C (retail touchpoints) audiences.Optimize user acquisition funnels and drive machine usage and repeat purchases.Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage digital presence : website, SEO / SEM, social media, CRM, and performance marketing (paid ads, retargeting).Analyze metrics and conversion data to improve CAC and campaign ROI.Market Intelligence & Positioning
Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to sharpen market positioning.Identify customer insights and location-based trends to refine messaging and targeting.Partnerships & Activation
Support partnership initiatives with building owners, corporate offices, and event organizers.Develop brand activations, sampling programs, and customer education initiatives.Team & Vendor Management
Oversee external agencies (creative, digital, PR) and collaborate with internal sales, product, and operations teams.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years in brand or marketing roles, ideally in F&B, FMCG, or tech-enabled service industries.Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.Strong knowledge of digital tools, analytics, content, and performance marketing.Passion for coffee and innovation in smart retail technology.Creative thinker with strong execution and analytical skills.Why Join Us?
