Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control principles.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics operations and Event Decoration Knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving event decoration materials.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Seri Kembangan location.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of event decoration materials and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies, utilizing warehouse management systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for event setups and teardowns, including transportation of materials to and from event venues, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and ensure efficient movement of goods, adhering to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify and resolve inventory issues, preparing reports on stock levels and warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate with the event team to understand material requirements for upcoming events, ensuring timely preparation and availability of necessary items.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on proper handling of materials, safety procedures, and inventory management techniques.
