Position Overview : You will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s social channels, ensuring our in-market visual is appealing and eye-catching, and adopting content trends relevant to our audience. This role includes planning, creating, and executing highly engaged, innovative social media and digital content across all social media platforms and amplifying brand awareness. Responsibilities : Social Media Strategy Development -Conduct market research on skincare trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors. -Assist in developing social media strategies, defining key platforms and content pillars. -Help set clear, measurable goals for engagement and growth. -Support the creation and execution of social media campaigns for marketing initiatives and product launches. -Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to keep the brand relevant. -Manage and track social media budgets to maximise ROI. Content Creation and Management -Develop creative content strategies to showcase products and build brand awareness. -Film, edit, and upload engaging short-form content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). -Plan and maintain a monthly / quarterly content calendar. -Write compelling, on-brand captions for social media posts. Community Engagement -Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags to foster positive interactions. -Build and engage the community, driving brand loyalty through active participation. -Plan and execute social media activations and events. -Collect and analyse audience feedback to inform product development and customer service improvements. Performance Analytics and Reporting -Track and analyse key social media metrics using tools like Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics. -Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations. -Use data-driven insights to refine content and strategy for better performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration -Work with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader campaigns. -Collaborate with the product team to develop content for new launches. -Coordinate with customer service to address product-related inquiries. -Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions. Crisis Management -Assist in implementing a social media crisis response plan. -Monitor platforms for potential risks and address issues in real-time to protect the brand’s reputation. Requirements -Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and social media management tools. -Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills. -Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas. -Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to optimize performance. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
