CNC Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To support PDE department in new product sample preparation and initial stage mass production.

To prepare DFM, Fixture & Cutting Tool Design Concept.

To perform cycle time studies in order to optimize productivity.

To prepare limit sample for processes to let production understand the product characteristic.

To manage resources efficiently to achieve customers' satisfaction.

To plan and organize resources for all projects to ensure that they are being effectively carried out.

To monitor, participate and to initiate enhancement that will exceed customers' expectation.

To carry out fixture modification for improvement.

To implement Fixture Poka Yoke concept.

To work closely with supervisor to provide engineering support to manufacturing operations on problems solving and analysis.

To evaluate and manage the development for improvement of existing products in-order to optimize yield, quality, productivity and cost.

To provide all processes related issues by maintaining process knowledge and issuance of instruction to production on manufacturing.

To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior.

MINIMUM SKILLS

• Preferably min 5 years of working experience in CNC machining environment.
• Able to read Parts Drawing & Technical Drawing, GDT and generate CNC program.
• Able to work in 3D Drawing Software & CAM - example Mastercam, Solid work, Cimatron.
• Must be able to work in team and / or work independently.
• Prove ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers, both internally and externally.
• Posses good judgement, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Posses excellent written and verbal communications.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications.
