Key Responsibilities

• Rotational Job Roles : Gain hands‑on experience across various departments including Business Correspondence, Recruitment, Logistics, Consultation, Marketing and Accounting.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) : Learn and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency in business operations.
• Business Correspondence : Develop professional communication skills by drafting and managing business correspondence.
• Business Strategy and Implementation : Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive company goals and objectives.
• Recruitment : Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
• Logistics : Manage logistical operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Consultation : Provide consultation services to clients, offering insights and solutions based on their needs.
• Accounting : Gain exposure to financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
