Staff Nurse

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to doctors or senior nurses.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Assist in medical procedures and support doctors during examinations and treatments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Educate patients and their families on health care plans, post-treatment care, and medication.

Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide first aid when needed.

Participate in training and continuing education programs to stay updated with nursing best practices.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license / certification.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficient in documenting and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for using hospital information systems.
