Job Title : Marketing / Sales Assistant

Hiring Type : Permanent

Industry : Automotive

Location :

Position based at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang facility

Working Hour :

8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, Mon-Fri

Language Level :

English : Fluent as native

Korean : Fluent as understandable Korean speakers' meeting, speaking through online meeting / biz trip

Job Requirement :

Educational Background : Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification or higher academic credentials (with a strong preference for Engineering specialization)
Language Competencies : Proficient bilingual capabilities in both English and Korean languages
International Travel Readiness : Must possess the flexibility and willingness to undertake international business travel to various regions including Korea, China, India, South America, Europe, and other global destinations
Work Location : Position based at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang facility
Operating Schedule : Standard business hours from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday
Work Authorization : Visa sponsorship assistance available for eligible candidates (please note that visa processing procedures require additional time)

Job Description :

Project Management Responsibilities : Oversee project schedule coordination and management while providing support in writing and developing customer proposals, including specialized translation services into Korean language

Customer Relations and Communication : Handle responses to Korean automotive Tier 1 supplier clients and serve as liaison to communicate customer requirements and specifications to relevant internal departments

Sales Support Functions : Provide comprehensive assistance and support for various sales-related activities and initiatives

Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and maintain marketing and sales report documentation in strict accordance with IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and requirements
