About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join REMO CONCEPT SDN. BHD. as a Site Supervisor. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This full-time role is based in Puchong Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Project Coordination - Oversee daily operations at the renovation site, Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Implement construction / renovation plans and timelines.
  • Team Supervision - Supervise and direct on-site workers and trades people. Ensure work is being done efficiently and correctly. Resolve conflicts or issues among workers.
  • Quality Control - Inspect work to ensure it meets design and safety standards. Identify and fix any deficiencies or rework requirements.
  • Safety Compliance - Enforce health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site safety checks. Report incidents and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
  • Material and Equipment Management - Ensure necessary materials and tools are available. Manage deliveries and storage of materials. Prevent waste and manage inventory.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication - Update clients and project managers on progress. Address client concerns or changes in scope.
  • Reporting and Documentation - Keep daily site logs and reports. Track labor hours, materials used, and project milestones.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the construction or renovation industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints and technical specifications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry
