Internship Opportunity : Travel Agency

Are you passionate about travel and looking to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry? We are excited to offer an internship opportunity at Online Travel Sdn Bhd, a leading travel agency dedicated to providing unforgettable travel experiences.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to assist our team in various aspects of the business, including customer service, trip planning, marketing, and event coordination. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and skills that will help you thrive in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Help create and manage travel itineraries and packages.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media management and content creation.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Contribute to the planning and organization of group trips, events, and promotions.
  • Research new travel destinations, trends, and industry news.
  • Help with general administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.

Qualifications :

  • Strong interest in travel and the tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in customer service or travel is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
