E-Commerce Digital Marketing Specialist (MYSG)

The World's Largest Sports Retailer is recruiting passionate sports people to Join our E-Commence Team as our Digital Marketing Specialist for Decathlon Malaysia and Singapore. You will be part of the team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Role Overview :

The Digital Marketing Specialist also known as our Traffic Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our e-commerce platforms through a multi-channel strategy. This role requires expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, influencer marketing, and marketplace advertising (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).

Responsibilities

1. To lead & execute the 3P Marketplace Advertising (Lazada / Shopee Sponsored Ads) for Decathlon (MY + SG)

Optimize and manage paid advertising strategies on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee

Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and performance data to improve ad efficiency

Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to plan and execute online campaigns and promotions aligned with marketplace calendars

Run and optimize sponsored ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) to drive traffic, sales, and ROI

Track store performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement

2. Collaborate & support the performance marketing strategy for Decathlon Malaysia

Collaborate with Performance Marketing Lead to create cohesive performance marketing strategy for Decathlon Malaysia

Support & execute marketing campaigns across various digital marketing channels (Google / Meta etc.) to drive quality traffic & sales

Optimise my targeting & messages to the right user audience in the most efficient way possible.

Ensure that my marketing channels are bringing quality traffic & sales at the right CPM, CPC & ROAS

Work with the relevant internal / external stakeholders to strategise & launch local campaigns according to business objectives.

3. Analyse performances & provide actionable recommendations on a regular basis

Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights for continuous improvement

Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and other key metrics

Create & monitor performance marketing dashboards & reports for visibility

Provide data-driven insights on a monthly basis to optimise performance across different channels

KPIs

Traffic Growth : Increase organic and paid traffic to e-commerce platforms.(website, Mobile APP, Lazada, Shopee, etc..)

Online Revenue Growth : Increase turnover to ecommerce platforms using organic & paid media

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) : Ensure profitability and efficiency of paid media campaigns

Cost per acquisition (CPA) : Optimize spending to acquire customers efficiently

Cost per Click (CPC) : Optimise performance marketing campaigns to bring in quality traffic at the right CPC

Marketplace Ad Performance : Measure revenue growth and ROAS from Lazada / Shopee ads
