A global FMCG company and seeking a Senior Manager to own the region's hybrid packaging and process agenda. This is a critical hybrid role requiring a blend of deep Packaging Development and Process Engineering expertise to ensure compelling product experience, sustainability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of packaging solutions (packaging development area), focusing on innovation skills, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead process design development, optimization, and continuous improvement for product innovation and scale‑up, ensuring the transfer of scalable manufacturing processes from concept to full production.
• Drive cost savings and profitability through packaging and process optimization, using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Possess strong technical business leadership skills and experience managing people. Strong project management capabilities are highly beneficial.
• Lead, coach, and develop a technical R&D team and provide strong technical business leadership across the team.
