Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and develop business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques to drive business growth.
- Willingness to work onsite in Batu Maung.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation and logistics needs.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and market share.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends to management.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and account management activities.Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.Benefits
