Job description
Responsibilities
Manage customer order via manual or electronic ordering.
Check return Delivery Note and then perform necessary action on Over, Short and Damage goods.
Process add-on order and arrange for special delivery order.
Maintain and update Inventory Item Master Listing – create item code and update item database.
Attend to customer feedback and escalate to relevant department for further investigation.
Prepare require report and presentations as at when required
Send daily updates to stores regards to delivery and pick up.
Process customer order on time.
Error free on order processing.
Respond to customer feedback within two (2) working days.
On time submission on weekly / monthly reports
Check and verify Load Manifest
Daily filing on sales invoices and maintain the filing records.
Any ad-hoc related matters.
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
Preferable executive specializing in Customer Service / Logistic or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service –General or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) to 5 year(s) experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power point
Good filing experience and maintain the filing records
Possess good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and at times under pressure
Able to work long hours.
Able to cope with dynamic working environment and be flexible.
Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
