Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Management

Develop and oversee construction project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Construction Supervision & Execution

    • Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure that all construction work follows local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

  • Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for permits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Resource & Cost Management

    • Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and labor.

  • Optimize resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bids, and financial reports for construction projects.
  • Quality Control & Problem-Solving

    • Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure construction meets industry standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve structural, mechanical, or logistical challenges during construction.
  • Work closely with clients to address concerns and ensure project expectations are met.
