Overview

Role : Regional Head of Operations with a leading Insurance firm. A strategic leadership position overseeing Operations, IT, and Transformation functions across multiple Asian markets, focusing on digital efficiency, automation, and innovation in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Drive operational optimization across correspondence management, claims processing, and back-office functions
Lead digital transformation using RPA, AI, ML, and straight-through processing strategies
Develop and execute regional operational strategies
Champion technological innovation and continuous learning
Foster cross-functional collaboration and a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

10+ years in the insurance industry, with 5+ years in regional leadership roles

Strong understanding of digital transformation in insurance operations

International / regional exposure

Master\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Skills & Competencies

Leadership in multicultural environments

Excellent stakeholder management

Strategic thinking and change management capabilities

Financial and operational acumen

Language Requirements

English fluency required; Mandarin or another Asian language highly preferred.
