This role will involve working closely with other teams to lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence. • Technical Leadership : Lead the design and development of both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Front-End Development : Build user-facing features using modern frameworks like React js.
• Back-End Development : Develop and optimize server-side logic using PHP, Node.js, and other technologies.
• Database Management : Design and maintain databases, optimize queries, and ensure data security using MySQL and NoSQL.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.System Optimization : Ensure the robustness of the platform through performance tuning and implementing best practices.
• DevOps : Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.
