Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in an optical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of eyewear products is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding the right eyewear.
  • Provide product recommendations.
  • Help with frame adjustments and repairs.
  • Take customer orders and check prescription details.
  • Keep the store clean and well-stocked.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
  • Process sales and handle the cash register.
