Overview

Learning Experience Leader - Bilingual Mandarin. Support Talent Acquisition Leader @ TaskUs Malaysia, Japan & Taiwan; Operations Support; Recruitment Expert. The role involves designing and expanding training and development programs and ensuring that Foundation Skills Training aligns with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
  • Lead design and delivery of training projects; motivate and develop trainees; continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Act as the content expert and maintain training documents and materials; develop effective induction programs.
  • Monitor and review trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensure statutory training requirements are met; have an understanding of e-learning techniques and contribute to creation and / or delivery of e-learning packages where relevant.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present findings.
  • Uphold the company Code of Conduct and ensure all trainees adhere to it.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in training or teaching; proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications; strong written and verbal communication; presentation and class facilitation skills; ability to engage an audience.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; high energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style; strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (role title indicates Mandarin); strong ability to deliver training in a bilingual context.
