About the role

Lead a team to manage trading risk and fraud across MT4, MT5, and CFD platforms, ensuring the most effective identification and prevention of fraud while driving automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to analyse and investigate episodes of trading risk and trading‑fraud in MT4 and MT5 trades.
  • Analyse CFD order flows, especially gold orders, and give suggestions on solutions according to client behaviour.
  • Be involved in solving any issues regarding trading fraud or abuse.
  • Ensure effective identification and prevention of fraud in different regions and improve mitigation processes.
  • Find and analyse potential fraud or abuse risks in existing or new trading products and provide solutions or take necessary actions.
  • Analyse promotions for potential fraud or abuse risks and provide solutions.
  • Classify clients to generate profitable A‑book results.
  • Maintain and control losses generated from abusive trading activities; initiate new processes to improve overall performance and efficiency.
  • Suggest or design new logics to increase automation in daily processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in a similar position (Fraud Analyst / Senior Dealer / Flow Analyst) at a CFD brokerage.
  • Knowledge of Forex and CFD, terminology, trading conditions, and calculations.
  • Knowledge of potential fraud or abuse scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets functions and documentation.
  • Analytical and detail‑oriented.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal & written).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Problem‑solving skills.
  • Relevant work experience from retail FX brokers (5+ years).
  • Basic SQL or Python a plus.
