CIMB Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia CIMB Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Drive the sales agenda for Private Wealth (PW) business, ensuring alignment with CIMB’s overall affluent & Wealth Management strategy Design, execute & monitor innovative sales strategies, campaigns, and transformation initiatives to achieve growth targets Identify new market opportunities, leveraging client insights, competitor intelligence, and market trends Team Management & Development

Lead, inspire, and coach PW Team Leads and PWRMs to achieve consistent performance Champion culture of accountability, collaboration, & continuous improvement across sales organization Attract, recruit, and retain top PW talent, ensuring structured training, mentoring, & career development Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, & talent management for future-ready sales force Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Build and nurture trusted relationships with HNW clients and key stakeholders Champion CX excellence, ensuring consistent delivery of personalized, high-touch engagement Resolve client issues while capturing feedback to enhance service delivery, products & process Act as a brand ambassador at PW events, strengthening CIMB’s reputation with affluent segment Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards Drive discipline in sales processes, credit procedures, risk management to safeguard clients & bank Support regulatory & internal initiatives, embedding a culture of compliance and responsible banking Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Positioning

Partner with product owners, marketing, and segment teams to design impactful sales enablers Align sales initiatives with CIMB Private Wealth proposition and brand promise Represent Private Wealth Sales in strategic forums, industry events, and collaborative workshops Job Requirements

Proven track record in driving leading WM sales teams, with strong business growth achievements Deep understanding of HNW client needs, WM solutions, and market trends within the region Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to influence at senior levels and build long-lasting client relationships Commercially astute, results-driven, and resilient under pressure, with uncompromising standards of ethics and compliance Note : Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
