Online Ads Assessor – Chinese Simplified language

Join TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions as an Online Ads Assessor, reviewing online advertisements to improve relevance and cultural appropriateness for users. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Chinese Simplified.

Compensation

Estimated hourly earnings : 6.25 USD. Payment is based on completed tasks, as part‑time and long‑term project.

Responsibilities

Review online advertisements by rating them on relevance to search terms and evaluating language and cultural relevance to improve content, quality, and layout.
Contribute to making internet search and online advertising more relevant and interesting for millions of users.

Basic Requirements

Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English and Chinese Simplified.

Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Malaysia.

Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 4.1, iOS 8 or higher), and a personal computer with antivirus software; a barcode scanner application on your smartphone is required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

No previous professional experience required; applicants must pass a basic language assessment and a standard qualification exam, followed by ID verification.

Will undergo standard quality assurance checks during the project term.

Assessment Process

Applicants will take a language assessment and an open‑book qualification exam that will determine suitability. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided before the exam.
