Manager, Business Analyst (IT)

We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Business Analyst Manager to lead business‑technology alignment efforts, with a strong focus on AI and Generative AI (GenAI) implementation . You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and optimize business processes, support AI‑driven transformation initiatives, and drive the adoption of advanced data and automation technologies to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities, particularly where AI or GenAI can create transformative value.
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Identify and assess AI use cases, helping prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for AI‑driven projects including business cases, process changes, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that include insights from AI models to help businesses understand their business performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and contribute to the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
