Overview

Increase Sales & Conduct Skincare Counseling

Responsibilities

• Building the business and achieving monthly targets for the assigned store.
• Understand and diagnose skincare needs of customers, and put together a customized skincare solution.
• Communicate the benefits of the recommended skincare solution.
• Determine consumer objections and provide solutions.
• Daily store operations : manage stock / inventory level of products at the store.
• Ensure all confidential information is safeguarded.
• Ensure all products are kept in good condition and protected from theft.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
• Submit accurate and timely reports on a monthly basis to the Sales Executive.
• Execute all in-store promotions.
• Share consumer / competitor feedback for the assigned store.
• Help and lead events or promotions.

Compensation

Fixed base salary, commission and allowances.
