Job Responsibilities

• Lead procurement execution, including placing and managing purchase orders (POs) with suppliers to ensure timely production and replenishment.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify supply risks, negotiate solutions, and align procurement with business needs.
• Oversee freight forwarders and shippers, ensuring cost‑effective, timely, and compliant international shipping.
• Manage import / export operations, navigating customs clearance and regulatory compliance in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Optimize shipping schedules and routes to improve lead times and reduce costs.
• Work closely with 3PL providers and warehouse teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and regional markets to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure accurate inventory receiving and stock allocation according to service‑level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
• Support commercial teams, finance teams, and the head of operations to ensure optimal inventory sufficiency across markets.
• Support supply planning strategies, including demand forecasting and replenishment cycles.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and logistics operations.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
