Key Accountabilities

 To generate reports on all the defect, component failure, component replacement on

weekly basis

 Ensure the logbook / history file have been updated

 To trouble shoot and to provide hands on rectification for any issues regarding the

building structure

 To provide a fast response time to any building structure issues that may arise.

 To carry out daily inspection on water tank and plant box watering system

 To undertake mason works and carpentry works

 To undertake general repair and painting works

 To undertake toiletries fittings and plumbing works

 To coordinate works or repairs with suppliers and / or contractors

 To ensure that work orders are completed on time and that they are of good quality
