Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.

Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and HR documentationTrack and manage employee leave, attendance, and claimsAssist in onboarding new hires and handling resignation / offboarding processesSupport in recruitment tasks and interview schedulingAssist in organizing company activities and employee engagement programsPerform daily data entry and maintain accurate recordsHandle basic bookkeeping, payment vouchers, and petty cash claimsAssist in managing office supplies, vendors, and general office upkeepPrepare invoices, issue receipts, and support basic finance-related dutiesMaintain proper filing systems (physical & digital) for easy document retrievalBenefits
