What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, your job is to primarily work with cross-functional teams, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers to fulfill the project deliverables. You will be tasked with developing and managing project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitoring of project health.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Work with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to initiate a project. Clearly define project goals and objectives, project scope, deliverables, schedule, cost, payment milestones, and prepare a project management plan.
• Assemble and direct project team, lead and drive the project team throughout actual project execution.
• Unify team efforts and lead effective team meetings, lead communication and promote collaboration, resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks from both external and internal counterparts.
• Identify potential risks early, analyze possible impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish project budgets and track spending; adjust as necessary to keep the project within financial boundaries while achieving fiscal efficiency.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders. Closely monitor project progress and provide regular updates to various levels of stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and satisfy client requirements.
• Manage other day-to-day operational aspects of projects and ad-hoc tasks.
