We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and content partners (especially TikTok‑based)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximize their performance
- Monitor affiliate campaigns, track conversions, and analyze KPIs to optimize ROI
- Work closely with influencers and affiliate content creators to provide assets and guidance
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms with affiliates
- Use affiliate platforms to manage tracking and reporting
- Plan and execute seasonal or product‑based affiliate campaigns to drive sales
- Ensure all affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and marketing regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to provide engaging content for affiliates
- Report weekly / monthly performance and suggest strategies to grow the affiliate channel
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field1‑3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (TikTok or ecommerce is a plus)Familiarity with affiliate platformsStrong understanding of influencer and social media trendsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf‑motivated and proactive in building relationships and solving problemsSeniority level
