INSCALE Malaysia is expanding and looking for a high-energy, driven, and resilient Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic headhunting team. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : from sourcing to closing roles with international clients.
- Understand the Software Development Lifecycle, programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Source candidates through various channels (Boolean search, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Assess both technical and soft skills to ensure strong candidate-client fit.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout their hiring journey.
- Continuously improve recruitment and evaluation processes.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have a combination of the following skills & experience :
At least 4 years of experience in active headhunting of IT professionals such as Software Developers, QA, Business Analyst, Data Analyst and etc. (either in-house or agency experience is welcome)Proven experience in stakeholder and / or candidate managementDemonstrated ability to source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek.com, and othersAbility to define both the technical and soft skills required for a positionAbility to assess a candidate’s competencies and match them to the roleBasic understanding of development platforms and common IT terminologySoft Skills
Strong Communication skills – both verbal and writtenSelf-starter who can work well autonomously and ability to build rapport and establish relationshipPositive energy, open-mindedness and strong proactive attitudeAbility to work within a diverse team environmentTeam player with good interpersonal skillsAbility to organize, coordinate and execute short / long term projectsEducation
You have a minimum of BSc in IT / Engineering or a recognized Degree in another field.
