What you’ll do
- Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat and other real‑time communication platforms on a 24 / 7 rotating shift schedule.
- Resolve customer disputes effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of P2P (peer‑to‑peer) trading processes.
- Maintain a strong awareness of risk, particularly in handling sensitive customer information and adhering to data security protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to address customer feedback and refine workflows to improve the user experience.
- Stay informed about our products and services to offer accurate and helpful guidance to customers.
- Ensure all customer concerns are handled efficiently, and strive for quick and satisfactory issue resolution.
- Stay up‑to‑date on cryptocurrency and blockchain trends, and leverage this knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Share insights and best practices with team members to strengthen overall service quality.
